OSHO Chakra
Overtone Meditation
Listen to music specially composed with different tones which relate
to the frequency of each of the seven chakras.
Lazy meditators can just lie down and listen to the music while
watching their chakras opening and expanding in response to the
tones. Or to enhance the effect, you can breath deeply into each
chakra as you focus on the relevant tone, feeling with each
in-breath the chakra fill and vibrate with the tone. As you breathe
out, you give the sound some space by humming or singing it.

Location of the Chakras
1. The first chakra is located in the center of the lower
pelvis, and lies between the base of the spine in the back and the pubic area in
the front.
2. The second chakra is situated just below the navel.
3. The third chakra is in the solar plexus area. Above the
navel
and below the breast bone.
4. The fourth chakra lies in the middle of the chest in the
area of the breast bone.
5. The fifth chakra is in the throat area.
6. The sixth chakra, the third eye, lies in the middle of the
head, behind the point between the eyebrows.
7. The seventh chakra is just inside the top of the head and
extends above the head.
These indications are just guidelines. Discover the exact
location of each chakra in your own body. They tend to be located towards the
center of the body and connect into the spine; they are three-dimensional.
