on Meditation
The translation of the Dhyan Sutra, sutras to support the seeker on his path, giving hints to overcome the smaller and bigger obstacles along the way - the whole book is an invitation to experiment and play with the powerful techniques that are given. With pictures from the time the text has been recorded, at an early-70’s meditation camp in the hills of Mahabaleshwar. The book gives a very lively description of such an early meditation-camp, with Osho as the meditation camp leader. |

My Beloved Ones,
First, I would like to welcome you, because you have a longing for the divine; because you desire to rise above ordinary life towards life of a seeker and because, despite your worldly desires, you have thirst for truth.
The people who have felt the thirst for truth are fortunate; out of millions of people who are born, only a few ever feel the longing for truth. To know truth is a great blessing - but even to have longing for it is a great blessing. Even if you don’t attain it that is okay, but never experienced the thirst at all would be a great misfortune.
